Thrissur Hilltop Residence — MEP Project Profile
A large hilltop residence in Thrissur, Kerala, with an approximate area of 30,000 sq.ft. EENOKI project records verify detailed Plumbing engineering, Electrical deliverables and HVAC coordination review for the project. Construction is currently ongoing.
Actual 3D views of the Hilltop Residence.
The architectural visuals below are from the actual project and help show the scale, terrain and spatial character that the MEP systems had to work within.

These architectural visuals are shown to explain project context. EENOKI is not presented as the architectural designer; EENOKI’s role on this page is limited to the MEP engineering evidence described below.
Why this project is technically interesting
The issued Plumbing drawings show a building spread across several changing levels, with floor references stepping significantly across the hill terrain. That makes gravity drainage, soil and waste routing, rainwater collection, water supply and maintenance access more dependent on level coordination than in a simple flat-site residence.
The architectural 3D views reinforce that context: the residence combines multiple floors, terraces, pool and waterbody areas, long roof edges, landscape zones and substantial changes in site elevation.
Verified Plumbing engineering
EENOKI’s issued Plumbing package dated 29 June 2026 identifies the project as HILL TOP RESIDENCE with RODS ARCHITECTS as the client / architectural coordination party. The drawing set contains detailed Plumbing layouts across basement, ground, first-floor and roof levels.
Verified systems and details in the drawing package include:
- Domestic cold-water supply using PPR pipework.
- Soil, waste and vent systems with floor cleanouts and vertical transitions.
- Rainwater routing across complex roof and site levels.
- Low-noise drainage pipe references for open and suspended drainage.
- AC condensate drainage provisions.
- Water-supply and drainage routing through ducts and between levels.
- Ground-floor and basement drainage coordination.
- First-floor water-supply and soil-pipe layouts.
- Roof-level rainwater routing with siphonic roof-outlet references.
- Sectional plumbing details and typical installation details.
Rainwater and level coordination
Rainwater management is particularly relevant on this project because the building and landscape follow a sloping hill condition. The issued drawings document rainwater pipe layouts, roof drainage, cleanouts and siphonic roof-outlet references, while also recording numerous floor and site levels.
This is a practical example of why stormwater planning cannot be treated as an isolated roof detail. Roof geometry, terrain, discharge routing, landscape levels and accessible cleaning points all need to work together.
Electrical deliverables verified in project records
Internal project coordination records from May 2026 list Bill of Quantities for Electrical Works and Final Approved Electrical Drawings among the Hilltop project deliverables, alongside the Plumbing BOQ and final Plumbing drawings. This verifies that Electrical documentation formed part of the project engineering workflow.
The public page does not reproduce client-confidential electrical drawings or claim technical details that are not available in the records reviewed for this profile.
HVAC coordination review
Project coordination records also show an HVAC review process for the Hilltop project. Review points included room-by-room cooling-load calculations, fresh-air strategy, toilet exhaust, outdoor-unit / chiller locations, false-ceiling coordination, condensate drainage, noise and vibration control, FCU maintenance access, airflow / static-pressure checks and coordination of HVAC electrical loads.
Those review questions demonstrate the coordination depth needed in a large residence: HVAC cannot be resolved only as equipment selection. Ceiling zones, drainage, power, access, acoustics and airflow all affect the final design.
What the Hilltop project demonstrates
This project is a strong example of EENOKI’s practical MEP coordination approach on a complex residential site. The verified records show detailed Plumbing engineering, Electrical deliverables and multidisciplinary HVAC review against a large architectural design with changing levels and substantial outdoor / landscape interfaces.
The project also shows why MEP design should develop with the architecture rather than after it. In a building with long spans, terraces, multiple roof zones, pool areas and significant level changes, late service decisions can quickly affect ceilings, shafts, drainage falls, maintenance access and equipment locations.
