Silvan Business Group Corporate Office — Electrical Design Case Study
A completed 9,500 sq.ft corporate office in Valanchery, Kerala, where EENOKI provided Electrical Design for an interior environment with strong architectural lighting, feature ceilings and a detailed reception / lobby character.
Electrical design had to work with a highly visual interior language.
The project 3D views show the reception and lobby concept used during design coordination. They include integrated linear lighting, recessed downlights, illuminated feature surfaces and a lift-lobby environment where service placement had to remain visually controlled.
Client: Silvan Business Group · Architect: Seed Solutions Kochi · EENOKI scope: Electrical Design.
Project context
The Silvan Business Group Corporate Office is a 9,500 sq.ft office project in Valanchery. EENOKI’s role was focused on Electrical Design, while the architectural and interior design was led by Seed Solutions Kochi. The project has been completed.
The design challenge
The interior concept is visually dependent on lighting. The 3D views show long integrated light lines, illuminated ceiling geometry, recessed downlights, feature-wall lighting and a reception zone where electrical services cannot be treated as an afterthought.
In a corporate office like this, electrical design has to support both function and visual intent. Lighting points, power requirements and service routes need to be coordinated early enough that the finished ceiling and wall composition is not disturbed by late changes.
Reception and ceiling coordination
The reception is the visual focal point of the project. The ceiling uses multiple lighting types and strong geometric lines, while the reception counter, feature wall and waiting area all depend on controlled electrical integration.
This type of interior makes coordination especially important because even small changes in lighting position, service routing or equipment location can affect symmetry, finish alignment and the overall appearance of the space.
Lift-lobby and public-area considerations
The project visuals also show a lift lobby integrated into the reception area. Public-facing zones like these typically concentrate several electrical requirements into a relatively small architectural space. Good design coordination helps keep switches, lighting, power points and service access practical without making the finished interior look cluttered.
Why electrical design matters in a premium office interior
Electrical design for an office is not only about supplying power. The system has to respond to how the space is used, how the ceiling is detailed, where people wait and work, how the reception operates and how lighting contributes to the brand experience.
For the Silvan Corporate Office, the architectural 3D makes that relationship visible: the electrical layer needed to support the interior concept while remaining largely invisible in the final visual language.
Completed project
The project is now complete. This public case study focuses on the verified project identity, location, area, completed status, EENOKI’s Electrical Design role and the actual 3D design context supplied for publication.
Detailed client-confidential drawings, load schedules, circuiting, panel schedules, lux calculations and other technical documents are not published here, so the page does not make unsupported claims about those items.
